Holy Cow, Ho‘omau!

Faith Ewbank, a 47-year resident of Maui, is a mother and grandmother who has testified at many Maui County and Hawaii State hearings. Her interest in island agriculture inspired her recent turn from graphic design to writing.

Have you seen a livestock auction? A contemporary donation has been made to Pulama O Maui, parent group for Punana Leo O Maui and their 29th Ho‘omau concert fundraiser. Auction lists are being anxiously awaited with word that a cow has been donated!

The event is a fun filled family event that supports the students, parents and teachers of the Maui Hawaiian Immersion schools. A full day of food, music and activities is said to never disappoint. The silent auction has become famous through the years with Hawai‘i’s favorite artisans donating amazing works of art. The live auction is always exciting with big ticket items causing rambunctious bidding in the audience. Organizers invite the public to join in. Tickets can be purchased here: Ho‘omau 2016 Tickets
